I booked roundtrip tickets from Cleartrip to destination Dallas USA from bangalore in February with freedom fare option. As I dint get VISA , I cancelled my tickets on March **th. As per freedom fare(extra I paid *k for it) there will no cancellation charges.
I got an email that I will get full refund with in *-* working days but I don't get any refund.
Later they mentioned , it takes ** days to process refund due to covid** and mentioned May ** it will be processed but after that also I don't get my refund.
After continuous follow up , now they are syaing they will charge cancellation fee for this due to covid**. When I paid for this, I opted fredoom fare to get full refund as I was not *** % sure about my plan and visa was also not there .Also I cancelled my ticket before lockdown started in india.
Please help me to get my ***** rs refund from Cleartrip.
