Imdadur Rashid filed complaint against Yatra.com on Jun 27, 2020
I had booked two tickets in yatra.com for journey from Guwahati to Goa (*th April .PNR -QC**SR Indigo) and Mumbai to Guwahati (**th April. PNR-ODWR*Q Spicejet). As i had to cancel my tickets for the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. Yatra.com has only refunded Rs. **** to ecash of yatra.com. They are saying Spicejet has deducted cancellation penalty and indigo has refunded the amount for airtravel for next one year. I would like to request complete refund of my flight ticket amounting to Rs.*****/- to the concerned bank account. Yatra is playing with the emotions of the public in this panic situation also.
