I had booked tickets with GoIbibo for * passengers from Mumbai to Copenhagen and Back for **th March flight of Turkish Airlines worth *.* lacs. Due to COVID, I called up GoIBibo and they cancelled my tickets. Got a confirmation mail regarding the cancellation ticket no. #********. I was promised a refund within * to ** days but it is more than * months. I'm not able to contact them by any medium like phone or email. On twitter I'm getting a reply that they will process the refund only when they receive it from the airliner. But my question is when? It is more than * months now. I contacted Turkish Airlines and they told that they never got the money from GoIbibo and the money is still with GoIbibo.
