On *th March I booked returned flight via Goibibo. PNR S*HG*P on the name of Niraja Nitin Mayya & Nitin padmanabha Mayya. I paid *****. Cancelled it on * th May on Goibibo app. While cancellation it showed refund amount will be ****/-. I accepted it & cancelled. Today I received message as refund amount is *.* from Goibibo. While booking I transferred online money to Goibibo with full faith but now facing such type of problems. There is no e-mail id for communication . There phone contact is not working. On app , chat is big problem & it shows you don't have any bookings for refund. Can anyone will guide me on how to get my full refund?
