I am feeling very unfortunate that I booked flight ticket through Cleartrip.
My Indigo Flight was **/**/**** but due to lockdown it got cancelled.
Indigo had intimated to me that they have return my money which is ****/- to CLEARTRIP.
Now I am trying to book another flight but I am not able to see my money in CLEARTRIP CREDIT SHELL.
I tried to chat with Cleartrip and Cleartrip asked for ** hours to get back to me.
But it is more that * week they didn't get back.
It is my humble request, kindly help me to book my new flight with Cleartrip credit shell.
