Reliance - Refund not received

I have ordered groceries from reliance smart out of which I received partial delivery on **th May. I hademade a prepaid order of amount ****. Received order worth ***. Hence I should have received my refund of **** by now. I have email confirmation of the order placed and refund initiation, but I have not received any refund till date.
Also, reliance smart site is no more reachable, it redirects to Jio mart. Customer care do not respond over emails or calls. I am tired running from pillar to post just for getting my money back.

our bill amount is Rs ****.**, a partial refund of Rs ****.** will be initiated in next couple of days.
