Reliance - Delay in delivery

I had ordered a LEGO Technic Ferrari Daytona SP* ***** Building Kit *,*** Pieces Multicolour from Hamely online store by making advance payment of about *****/- after confirming the date of delivery as **th May. the item was for presenting the same to my family member for his birthday on **th May. But I have not received the same so far, and I could give the present to my immediate family member. I have contacted customer.care.centee about * times since **th and nothing has happened. I was annoyed, felt distressed, and humiliated going to a birthday party without a present. The loss suffered is not quantifiable. I have not received the same so far even today
