Reliance - Lost money another personal article

Sometime back I kept one my orthopaedic related stuff in the counter at the entrance. It went missing & after complaining also, the staff displayed such a lax & bogus & dishonest attitude, shifting the blame / duty onto others & finally refusing to help . All infront of the camera. They are not even caring to show CCTV footage.
Recently, * days back , I went to the washroom of this particular branch & forgot the wallet inside, as an internal staff was knocking the door. Later when I come to find that Rs. *** was missing from the purse. I contacted the manager but he don't even care to check CCTV footage.& simply ignored by saying that the staff are very honest..
So, in total I lost around Rs. *** in this particular branch which is located in Sector ** , Gurugram, Haryana.

Kindly check the recent footage, when I enter the branch & take out Rs*** from my one purse & place it in the next purse to be spent at the reliance outlet. The main bag is locked by the staff at the entrance. My bill amount is Rs ** only & I give out Rs*** note at the billing counter ,where I get my Rs ** back. After that there is no other monetary transaction.. This itself serves as as a clear evidence..
Kindly Look into this matter as it involves only this particular branch & no other.
