I booked tickets for my parents through Goibibo for their two-way travel to Helsinki. While they travelled from Delhi to Helsinki in Jan'**, their return flight from Helsinki to Delhi was scheduled on **th March ****. Due to the lockdown caused by coronavirus and Indian government's move to ban all international flights, their return flight from Helsinki to Delhi got cancelled by the airline. I shared the cancellation email to Goibibo and they acknowledged the cancellation and promised to refund **,*** INR for the one way journey. I have been waiting now for over two months, and I haven't received the refund yet. More importantly, the status on their app is now changed from "CANCELLED/AWAITING REFUND" to "TRAVELLED" for their journey on **th March. The status change is fraud, and looks Goibibo is not going to refund money now. This is idiotic and prudery by the Goibibo. Request your help in getting refund as soon as possible from this fraud website.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
