I booked Singapore air ticket through happyeasy travel agent app,from mum to kualalumpur dep *.*.**** and return on **.**.**.but due to ongoing pandemic corona flights were cancelled and i contacted their CC and they informed me to apply for refund,i applied for refund on **.**.** and till date i have not recd single reply nor refund has been issued till date. Pl help me
