I have booked a ticket on * Nov and PNR NO:**********this the no they had allocated and then I canceled the ticket on **nov they told irctc sent me the mail on Nov ** that we have returned the money But the amount has not credited into my account I gave a complaint against refund to irctc where they are not taking it seriously and they ar claiming against my bank account but the bank is claiming on irctc but the both ar not resolving my problem
