I ordered food and paid online . Somehow food got rejected... I thought its rejected leave i ll get refund y to order again.. nxt day wen i didnt got any refund i enquired ... They said rider was calling and no was nt reachable so it got rejected.. if i dnt get a call .. hw wud i knw wats going on .. simply i got msg of rejected.. its nt about money ..i dnt get food .. so who got it?? It will b bettr if we all order cash on delivery then..if we dont get food it will b better we dont suffer loss also.. main thing is the behaviour of rider and zomato chat service... Unable to help customer then its waste of business...i ll prefer swiggy nw aftrwrds...
