Arindam Guin filed complaint against Swiggy on Dec 21, 2019
Sir,
I Arindam Guin tried to place an order on swiggy on **.**.****. i paid rs *** from my payzapp wallet.
As per swiggy confirmation it was a failed transaction but today i.e. as on **/**/**** i haven't received the refund.
Payment partner payzapp also told me that they have not received the refund.
In this scenario i am in a complete lost case. Please do something for me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
