I Have placed an order on **th Sept with order num :***********, Amount was debited Till date no refund has been received.As per the refund policy of Swiggy it takes * to ** days for refund, but no refund received.Despite of assurance form the executive of Swiggy at regular intervals, no refund has been made till date.in the trailing mail from Swiggy one of youe executive has given transaction Id, transaction uuid, which are totally fake, i have inquired with the Bank Authority.
Every time i enquire for refund they says that refund has been initiated, wait for * working days, now its more than one month no refund credited.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
