It's been more than two months now since I was promised for a refund of my order #********** on ** july **** as the oil had been spilled inside the packaging. however I haven't received any money from Zomato yet....I talked with a number of Zomato agents and also emailed them but the response I got everything is that they are reinitiating the refund and that I should wait for *-* days. I feel like Zomato is just fooling people and stealing their money.....I want my money back nobody even ate that food.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
