Aditi filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 2, 2019
My refund has been pending since **th July. They said they have initiated refund on **rd of July but even after more than * month, I have not received my money back. I have called their support team multiple times. In the latest conversation, they put me on hold for around ** minutes and then said that they don't have data of more than ** days, therefore, they cannot help as the order is older than ** days. However, I have been following for this refund since the time this transaction took place. They don't even respond to the mails now.
