Mi Store - Refund not received

I ordered my shoes from.mi store on **-**-**** but due to their technical problem of courier company it was not delivered I called courier company they said that talk to mi. I called mi they said wait for * days if not delivered we will file complaint.after * days at **-**-**** I called mi they said we have filed complaint and then they called and said that they have initiated refund.on mi store refund succeeded status is appearing but in actual I have not got my refund and order id also has been changed.please sir take quick action as soon as possible
