Mi Store - Amolost 13 days from delivery but TV not Installed

Concern– It’s almost ** days now but Tv is not yet installed on shipping address.
*) On **-July’** – I called Mi customer care to generate Token # for installation and informed to install the TV on Shipping address but customer care updated pune address for installation which I came to know when I got call from Service Engineer (Almost * days of loss)
*) Again I called Cust Care and asked to connect the call to Senior Supervisor and he again raised Token# with Pune address in-spite of repeating that Installation address will same as delivery address (Gujarat) but again another loss of * days.
*) Today **-July’**, I again I called customer service then said I have to raise another token and installation date will be **-July-**
This is what I am sitting for to keep calling customer care and always get same reply that new token has to be raised, nobody is least bothered about customer queries??
Do you have any responsible person in Mi customer care who can resolve the issue???
