I have received the product on last Friday ** July **** and i have logged Request No A***** for installation of tv on on same day. But till date i have not received any call / message for same. I call * time on **** **** *** customer support but no help provided , just a complaint was raised on my behalf but not resolved yet. Please let me know if someone gone come down for the installation of my mi tv or Not ?. If not please help me with the return and refund for same.
