I had booked my flight on **.**.****. My money got debited but I did not get any PNR number and the transaction got failed.
I have called like numerous time, but everytime there is a different Customer Executive and no response from them. I have six service Request going on with GOIBIBO but no response from the team.
There is no way to contact the person who is responding on email and when we call Customer Support number.
I have shared my bank statement that my money is debited but then there is no reply.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
