I have placed an order of * footwears on Fashionandyou on **th Dec **** worth Rs ****. Order no. is **********. One product was wrong n defective worth Rs ***. I placed a return request. The product was picked up back by Fashionandyou on **th Jan **** and it reached their office on **th Jan ****.
But they are not issuing my refund worth Rs ***. I have written them so many mails but in vain.
Please help me in getting my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
