I had placed an order for * items (* handbags, * dresses and * top) with the shopping website fashionandyou.com on **th April **** worth indian rupees ****.**. Till date I have received no update on my order, I have made **+ attempts to contact them at the email listed on their website (support@fashionandyou.com), but have received no response till date. Only * dress out of the * items ordered was delivered. Situation is such that money from my account was deducted on **th April itself and have not got my order till date. I had raised a dispute with my bank ICICI but they are saying merchant told us order is delivered so no refund
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
