Fashionandyou - Never received the order

I ordered a gown many days back.

I have already paid money in advance for this.
Its so many days and still not shipped and raised so many support emails to know the status but never received any reply. I would like my money to be refunded back.

I want to cancel this order and get my money refunded back in my account as this order is never shipped.

Please help me to get back my money, i no longer need this gown.

They have worst customer support service ever.
