Xiaomi Redmi - Refund not received

My order number is ****************. I cancelled the order before delivery and was waiting for the refund. I called customer service and they said they have refunded the money on * to ** working days and after submitting more complaints (complaints id:- *************) and other (complaints id:- *************) here I recieved three calls asking the same thing did you get the refund which I didn't and they do not seem to help me.
One of them said the money has been refunded on ** June. What is going on they don't even know the date, they are giving me a transaction id *********************************** which is useless. I need my money back, it's been more than ** days. I have sent you the screenshot of my order. I do not think I am going to get my refund, please help.
