Xiaomi Redmi - Mobile damaged by MI service center

I gave my Redmi MI Note * Pro mobile to servicing regarding the network signal issue. They updated the SW and damaged my mobile with scratches in the backside. They replaced back cover and still, the scratches persist and are seen on my mobile. Now, they are not ready to give an exchange / new phone which is well under warranty. Still, the mobile is with them and they are denying now the scratches and behaving rudely when asked for exchange or return of money.
