Xiaomi Redmi - Phone got damaged in service center

I bought an MI phone Redmi Note * Sapphire Blue, ** GB for myself. After a few months of use, it's one SIM slot stopped working. I visited an MI service centre in Ankleshwar Gujrat (As I was there at that time for some work purpose) and they did some job on it. Later they informed me we need to change some part of it and it's not available right now. They asked me to wait for one week but It was not possible as my trip ended. I asked them to return the phone they somehow assembled it and returned it. The phone stopped working completely at this time.
I visited another service centre in Manesar Haryana at first checkup they were not ready to accept the phone under warranty. According to them, the phone got opened by some local shop but later when I provided job sheet of Ankleshwar centre and the two service centre representative had a talk with each other (I have a recording of that) then he accepted the phone and started working on it. After checking the phone they informed me that Its motherboard is required to change and it's not available with them.
So I visited another service centre nearby MG road, Gurgaon where after checking the phone they told me its warranty is void as the phone got tempered. Later they also charged me for the service as the warranty is not applicable according to them (Bill attached).
So I am in a big shock now how can a big brand like MI can do this. The phone is never touched by any local shop I am not a fool to get my phone diagnosed with a local shop when the phone is in warranty period. I believe the phone got tempered by the service centre itself. Anyway, I have seen the workbench at the service centre and it was miserable. Buying an MI phone became a headache for me now as I am running here and there to the different service centre at the expense of my money and time. I expect a good response from MI now and replacement of my phone on an immediate basis.
