Issue: Ticket payment is done but no ticket confirmation.
I booked a ticket from Nashik to Pune on **nd March ****, of MSRTC bus. The payment of the ticket was done but due to a technical problem, it stated that the ticket could not be booked. From that day till now I'm still waiting for my refund. The support people are just making a fool of me. I have provided them with every single detail from UPI id, transaction id and also the account details. Still, they are saying that it would be processed in * days and so on, it's been over a month now. The below image specifies that they have initiated, but I have still not received my refund. Please help me with this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
