I am facing refund issues for tickets I booked from Goibibo website in the month of January ****. I had initiated cancellation directly at the airlines portal and I was told to contact you so that the money is returned back to the source I thought this must be a simple process. But here was the challenge. I called the customer care number. I was just asked the language. The call was then transferred to the customer executive. He said it is my mistake in the selection of an option in IVR. So I dialled again. Again the same thing the airlines have confirmed that refund has been made to Goibibo on **th January ****. However, I am still struggling to get the money back. Airlines with reference to your email, we would like to inform you that under booking reference number/PNR-WIG*TT, an amount of INR *,*** has been processed on **th January **** and booking reference number/PNR- NDHP*P, an amount of INR *,*** has been processed on **th January **** to the same agency account which was originally used while making the reservation. Further, we request you to kindly get in touch with the travel agent to claim the refund. Booking PNR YYF**L and TC*DSI
