Nobroker - Refund not received

Hi Team , A few days back, I finalized * property on nobroker, I paid ***** via upi. Relationship Manager Zaheer was handling property from nobroker's end, post the payment I got owner's contact info to discuss agreement and other details.I talked to owner , as this property was mentioned for anyone I explained him we'll be living as bachelors , after listening to me , owner said he never intended to give this property to bachelors ,only family contrary to nobroker's website and told me if you still want this property , you have to pay **k per month. As I had booked property for **k per month , I didn't agree with him and informed the same to property RM Zaheer as well. Since that day everyday I have been asking for a refund , but I keep getting * answer from Zaheer , that is he's still waiting for his senior's approval on this. Its been more than two weeks and still a refund has not been initiated. Kindly help me get the refund.
