Rajesh Lakumarapu filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 18, 2019
I had placed an order with Swiggy on *th April of *** Rs and I cancelled the transaction. It has been more than ** days now and I have not received the refund. When I contacted the ICICI bank, they said get an email confirmation from Swiggy that they have not received the amount and only then ICICI will carry out the refund process. But Swiggy is neither providing refund nor it is providing email confirmation that they have not received the amount. I am seriously not able to understand what is happening and why the bank as well as Swiggy not able to help me.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
