regarding the cancellation of our flight booking with Singapore Airlines, which we had discussed previously due to involuntary schedule changes. Singapore Airlines has confirmed that the cancellation will be processed free of charge, and we have attached a record of our communication with them to this email for your reference.
Despite contacting MMT regularly, we have not received a conclusive update. Each time, we are connected to a new representative, which has led to delays and lack of continuity. Previously, Mr. Mohd Tanveer assured us that we would receive a response within **-** hours, yet we are still awaiting confirmation.
Notably, Singapore Airlines has been prompt in their responses when we reach out directly. We kindly request to be included in MMT’s email correspondence with Singapore Airlines so that we may follow up directly if needed.
