Coding Ninjas - Refund not received

Hello, I have enrolled course on *th Sep and those lady I connected she told me your batch starts from **th September. But they tagged me on **th, I haven't noticed this. on **st, when my father lost my job I called her, she told me to join class then decide. again I called then post **th, they told me time expires so can't refund. They are misbehaving so much. I want my refund back.
