Coding Ninjas - Coding Ninjas Dispute Regarding Course Cancellation Refund Rejection and Education Loan

I enrolled in the Coding Ninjas Job Bootcamp program after being counseled by their admissions team. During the enrollment process, an education loan of approximately INR *,**,*** was arranged through Aditya Birla Finance, and the loan amount was directly disbursed to Coding Ninjas.

After joining the course, I realized that the program did not meet my expectations in terms of content quality, learning experience, and overall value. Within a few days of enrollment, I decided that I did not wish to continue with the course. I requested cancellation of my enrollment; however, my request was rejected on the grounds that it was made after the company's refund window had expired.

As a result, I have been forced to continue bearing the financial burden of an education loan for a course that I no longer wish to pursue. The loan remains active in my name even though the funds were directly transferred to the institute and were never received in my personal bank account.

I am currently liable for monthly EMI payments of approximately INR *,***. One EMI has already been deducted, and I am under constant stress regarding future payments and the potential impact on my credit score and financial record. Despite raising concerns and requesting a fair resolution, I have not received any satisfactory assistance regarding cancellation of the course or closure of the associated loan.

This situation has caused me significant financial hardship, mental stress, and anxiety. I believe students should be clearly informed about the consequences of education loans, refund policies, and cancellation rights before being enrolled in such programs.

Given the circumstances described above, I request that my enrollment in the Coding Ninjas program be cancelled immediately and that the education loan linked to this enrollment be closed or reversed. As I no longer wish to continue with the program and raised concerns shortly after joining, I request to be released from any future EMI obligations arising from this enrollment. I also request that no adverse impact be made to my credit record or CIBIL score while this dispute remains unresolved. I sincerely seek a fair, prompt, and amicable resolution of this matter.
