Gokul Dev P filed complaint against Coding Ninjas on Jun 29, 2023
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the services provided by Coding Ninjas under the Career Camp Professionals Enrollment Agreement. I joined your JOB Guarantee bootcamp for working professionals based on the promises made during a webinar conducted on December **, ****, and I started the program on January **, ****. However, upon receiving the Career Camp Professionals Enrollment Agreement on January **, ****, I discovered significant discrepancies between the terms discussed in the webinar and the actual agreement.
During the webinar, held on December **, ****, it was explicitly mentioned that upon completion of the program, participants would be placed in a developer role at a product-based company, with a minimum salary package based on our current CTC (at least Rs. * Lakh+) and the same will be mensioned in the Career Camp Professionals Enrollment Agreement. This information was crucial in my decision to enroll in the program, as I aspired to transition into a software development role from my previous position as a Software Tester(Quality Engineer) in a product-based company.
However, upon reviewing the Career Camp Professionals Enrollment Agreement on January **, ****, I was dismayed to find that it failed to uphold the promises made during the webinar. The agreement vaguely guarantees job placements in the IT industry without specifying software development roles or mentioning the minimum salary package. Furthermore, it includes a clause stating that I would not be eligible for a refund if I secure full-time employment in the IT industry through any means which apply to me from the start of the program.
Additionally, the financial aspect of the agreement requires me to pay a total of Rs. ***,*** for the program. I paid an initial amount of Rs. *,*** during the time of joining, and the remaining amount is to be paid in equal monthly installments over the next ** months as EMI, As of now I have paid * installments, the *th installment is on July *th(Rs.*****/******).
Due to these substantial deviations from the terms discussed in the webinar and the significant financial investment involved, I immediately reached out to Coding Ninjas through phone and email on January **, **** within the **-day refund period, notifying them of the discrepancies and my intention to seek resolution else to get the refund. However, despite my persistent efforts over the past six months, I have not received any response or resolution from Coding Ninjas.
This prolonged lack of communication and failure to address my concerns has caused me significant distress and financial loss.
In light of the above circumstances, I kindly request the following:
A refund of the fees paid for the program, including the initial amount of Rs. *,*** and the subsequent monthly installments totaling Rs.*****(more if based on the EMI if this is prolonged), as the misrepresentation of services and breach of the agreement have resulted in a failure to provide the promised benefits.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
