Deep Chhetri filed complaint against Cleartrip on Mar 25, 2019
I booked air ticket from Dxb to IXB (jet airways) from cleartrip two weeks ago and my flight got cancelled after a few days by airlines. So I inform to cleartrip regarding this issue and also I asked for any other alternative options but they suggest me to do cancel the flight for full refund and I asked them how long I have to wait for refund, they said * to * working days and I keep on following them and after * days I called them again they said me that you have to wait for * to * months for your refund, again and again, they keep extending. And I gotta call from jet airways customer services saying that we have transferred your refund to cleartrip so please contact with them regarding your refund. So again I called cleartrip and I talked with one customer service agent named Chetan. He begins so rudely to me when I asked for help and I really want this refund asap because my visa is expiring soon.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
