I ordered a ONE Plus nord ce* phone on **/**/**** on this site https://www.fliptwirls.com/. On **/**/**** I received one call from customer care regarding confirmation of address and the order status converted to "Passed to agent" and the status remained unchanged for another * days. I was in urgent need so I purchased the phone from the market and canceled the order by email and phone(I am still unable to login to my account). They cancelled the order but the refund was not received till date. Now they are neither replying to email nor attending my call.
