Fliptwirls Com - Order was not delivered and Refund has not been produced

order number: **************, placed on **th April, ****.

Order has simply not been delivered. In fact shipping company(Ship Rocket) was unable to locate any store from which they had to pickup the package. After multiple attempts they emailed me that the pick up was cancelled.
After reaching the customer support twice I officially cancelled the order.

Ever since then in spite of multiple email follow ups and phone calls I have not received any Refund. Each time I reach out I am told that my claim has been forwarded to the 'Refund Department'. Although till this date they have not refunded a single penny.
