I placed an order on **/**/**** from FlipTwirls website/app. The order was worth ₹*** and I made the payment online.
Here are the details of my order:

Shipping Address: Pandoura Kadaura Kalpi, Orai, Uttar Pradesh – ******
Amount Paid: ₹*** (Online Payment from upi phone pay)
Till date, the order status is still showing as Pending. The company has neither shipped the product nor refunded my amount. Despite my attempts to contact them, there has been no proper response.
This clearly shows that the company has committed fraud by taking money and not delivering the product.
Relief Sought:
*. Immediate cancellation of the pending order.
*. Full refund of ₹*** to my account.
*. Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
