Jet Airways India - Refund not received

This is regarding the last flight, which I missed due to the staff of Jetairways. I was at baggage check-in reception ** minutes before the flight and due to bad coordination of staff my ** min got lost and later they said they can't do anything. Firstly there are many flight carriers which allow people to pass ** minutes before flight take off and what happened here is totally unacceptable. Firstly they had changed my flight timing then they cancel my flight (* days before) and then intentionally made me late and after customer support, they gave another flight(morning time). When I reached on time the staff said to go there and here. Even I have a photo of staffs with their name batches. Even the customer calling facility is worst can't hear what other side is saying for your information made a recording of that to. I just want my money back.
