As per the refund status vide registration No. ************ against PNR No. ********** with respect to journey date **-**-**** , a refund of Rs**** only was approved by Eastern Railway on **-**-**** and thereafter IRCTC informed that the amount was credited in my bank account vide Bank Refund Transaction Id. *************** dated **.**.** ( vide settlement Id. ***************) but no such amount was credited to my bank account and repeated contact was made with care@irctc.co.in but in vain and IRCTC keeps asking me to contact Stark Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. without providing any other details like contact number, address, name of Bank etc.
