Product returned: NP ****WM**
Order titan purple women fashion watch NN ****WM** on **.**.**** via amazon order id: ***-*******-******* and delivered me NP ****WM** and when i returned the watch due to some issue they say that product is not same which was delieverd. However the NN or NP stands for difference in manufacturing and production batch no and is nothing to do with originality of product..titan also confirmed the same and i have telephone recordings and cctv footages that i have not replaced any product..but still amazon is not understanding and now they are not refunding my money nor giving me the product back..The product js registerd on AJIO, WATCHFACTORY and TITAN itself as NP ****WM** and as ****WM** on MYNTRA..I returned what i received..please tell them to either return the product or refund the rs. ****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
