The printer was not supplied by you and therefore, Mr. Abhay Raj Jain asked you to refund the money. You took * months to act on his request and still, you didn’t transfer the money back to the original source of payment. Instead, you had transferred the money back to the Vlebazaar wallet on **/**/****. Since then, he has made ** phone calls, registered many complaint tickets on your website, sent many emails, and communicated over whatsapp with you. He has always been assured of getting the money back to his bank account within few days but the same has not been done for last * months.
