I had ordered for. Pair of shoes on **thDec**** at Club factory's website and was promised that i will get delivery by **th Jan****. But i did not got any delivery nor i got any information regarding my goods. Then when i called up they said my order is been cancelled and i will get refund soon. But it has been a month now but i have not recd my refund inspite of following up with them on regular basis. I just got fed up with this compant*. Club factory should be banned in India. Everytime i call tbey just make excuses but there is no commitment on refund. Please arrange for my refund. I ordered as a guest member and not through their app.
