Agoda and OYO - Refund Not Received
Nirmalya Hota filed complaint against Agoda and OYO on Oct 19, 2022
I booked a hotel for **th to **th sep **** using Agoda app. The refused to provide room at the price i had booked. So i called the customer care & requested for cancellation. I got a mail regarding booking cancellation & it was stated over there that the refund will be credited to the source with in * to ** working days. But i have got no refund yet.
