I have been following up with Ajio customer care over call, emails and twitter but they are not helping me. I have got some products delivered to me and later return was not available so I did the self shipping as per request from Ajio.
But then the product came back to me and one got delivered and no refund made for any product.
They promised me to refund the the courier charges on twitter but still no refund for that too, I sent all the receipts to them on email.
Please help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
