Hello Team - I had booked a flight on **th april **** on HAPPYEASYGO website for **th April **** to chennai. On **th April **** at *pm had called HAPPYEASYGO customer care to cancel the booking, the representative advised me go to the airline website while the representative was online with me to cancel the flight. The same day the flight was cancelled & was assured by the HAPPYEASYGO representative that by refund would be processed in ** days. On **th April ****, checked the refund status on Indigo website it said the amount was refunded to HAPPYEASYGO, honestly waited because the representative had told me that it would take ** days.
Called HAPPYEASYGO Customer service on **st May **** to check for the refund status but they now said will take ** more days to process & asked me to send an email to cs@happyeasygo.com, sent a detailed email but i received a pre defined response stating they are working on the refund request. Post that i have sent multiple emails & made multiple calls but they werent helpful. HAPPYEASYGO customer service was very horrible & overall had a very bad experience dealing with them.
Have attached all my emails which were sent to them, request you to review & give me a solution immediately. Its been more than ** days that i havent received my refund yet, when called the HAPPYEASYGO customer service & asked to talk to the supervisor, they outrightly refused & will not transfer the call to the supervisor. I have been working in Customer Service for **+ years but have received the worst customer service from HAPPYEASYGO.
