I ordered an Apple iphone ** (***gb)- black via amazon pay icici credit card from AMAZON on June *rd ****. The product got stuck somewhere, so requested to cancel it after a week waiting for it on June **th ****. Its been a month, Its not yet cancelled and also Refund is still not done. The EMI also got generated and they have charged me *** for as a due fine. The customer Service team is not at all responding, they are simply looping this issue within themselves. Please help me to resolve this. **k is not a small amount!!!
