Vinay Pareek filed complaint against Air India on Jan 10, 2019
I had booked * tickets online from Air India website on **.**.**** from kolkata to DIBRUGARH against the journey to be commenced on **.**.****.
An amount of Rs. **** was deducted but I didn't get the tickets.
Inspite of giving email to ecommerce@airindia.in twice I didn't got any response. After calling their customer care I was informed that the booking was not successful and the amount would be refunded within ** hours. More than ** hours has been passed but neither I got any favourable reply nor any refund.
Customer care doesn't respond well and often put the call on hold for more than ** minutes which is very disappointing.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
