I ordered * items from Mamaearth-
(*)Oil-Free Face Moisturizer for Acne-Prone Skin, **ml
(*)Charcoal Facewash for oil control, ***ml
(*)Onion Shampoo with Onion & Plant Keratin for Hair Fall Control - ***ml
These * products charges me a total of Rs**** and with discount I paid ***.**rupees. But due to a wrong item order, I cancelled my order and placed another order. Within an hour, in my Mamaearth account, it says refund has been completed. So i contacted Mamaearth support, but the reply was to wait for *-*days,which i waited. My order was on * May **** and today is ** May ****. The last * days went on without any updates on how my refund process is going on. Meanwhile, my message app is getting spammed with lots of offers and ads. I'm utterly disappointed in this refund policy.
