I have booked my flight ticket from kolkata to Agartala on March **** from travlook. They have cancelled my booking mentioning some operational issue and the money will be refunded within * - * days. It's been more than a month and after multiple calls and emails I have not received my refund yet. It's a fraud company. Customers have to fight for their own money. Customer care executives are clueless and are not able to provide any timeline for their customers. Total fraud
